About Us
Nestled in the heart of Lenoir County, UNC Health Lenoir's mission is to ensure exceptional healthcare for the people we serve.
UNC Health Lenoir, licensed for 199 beds, is a not-for-profit hospital dedicated to the community it serves by offering quality inpatient, outpatient, and preventive health care services that are close to home.
Advanced, Specialized Care
In addition to general medical, surgical, and obstetrical, and gynecological care, UNC Health Lenoir offers specialized services including cardiology, pulmonology, oncology, radiology, and urology.
With a medical staff of over 100 physicians, UNC Health Lenoir offers a range of specialty services and technology you would only expect to find at hospitals in larger cities.
A Focus on Quality Community Health Care
Concerned with the health status of the community it serves, UNC Health Lenoir offers many free educational health programs, seminars, and screenings each year.
We constantly seek new ways to positively impact the health status of the residents of Lenoir, Greene, Jones, and surrounding counties.
Patient Advisory Council
It is important for us to know how you feel about your hospital. Our Patient Advisory Council is a group of community members and hospital staff that get together to discuss ways to improve patient satisfaction, understand patient needs and concerns, and help guide our priorities when planning for the future while finding ways to enhance our relationship with the community.
