Who Helps Plan Advance Directives?
Often, advance directives are referred to as living wills. These documents frequently involve discussions and decisions with your family and loved ones who may help carry out your health care wishes.

The UNC Health Lenoir Information Services Department provides assistance to you and your family to complete advance directives.
